Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use full-fat for creaminess
  • 1 cup blueberries Use ripe blueberries for best sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust based on the sweetness of berries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor
Optional Toppings
  • granola or nuts Optional for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
Molding and Freezing
  1. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling each cavity evenly.
  2. If desired, sprinkle granola or chopped nuts on top.
  3. Freeze for several hours, or until the yogurt bites are solid.
Storage
  1. Once frozen, pop out the bites and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For best results, use ripe blueberries, and consider adding more sweetener if they’re tart. For a creamier texture, always use full-fat Greek yogurt. Freeze in a single layer initially for better shape.
