  • 1 cup milk Or dairy alternative
  • 3 tablespoons sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Garnish
  • Whipped cream for topping Optional
  • Sliced kiwi for garnish Optional

Preparation
