- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Scrub the potatoes thoroughly under running water and pat them completely dry with a clean towel.

- Transfer the potatoes to a cutting board, let rest 2 to 3 minutes, then slice each potato lengthwise and press the ends gently toward the center to open.
- Fluff the insides with a fork and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
